David Crowe, President & Co-Founder
David is the President and co-founder of TES. He has a B.S in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona. He has extensive experience in both the commercial and military industries in software and systems engineering services. He was the co-founder of The Software Firm, Inc, a software applications and custom-programming company, which was later bought out by TES.
Dennis Kenman, VP & Co-Founder
Dennis has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona, and has over 20 years of software and systems development and verification experience for mission critical and safety critical systems. Dennis co-founded Tucson Embedded Systems, Inc (TES) acting as Chief Engineer, Director of Contracting, Business Development and Program Management.
Sean Mulholland, VP & Co-Founder
Sean has a B.S in Computer Science and Systems Design from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has over 20 years of experience in software development, design, integration and testing, especially as it relates to mission critical and safety critical systems. Sean is one of the four co-founders of TES. Sean has performed the duties of Director of Program Management, Chief Engineer and Business Development.
Antonio Procopio, VP & Co-Founder
Prior to starting TES, Antonio co-founded The Software Firm, Inc. which provided Sales Force Automation to remote salespersons. Antonio has a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas He has been developing and delivering Embedded and Data Enterprise solutions to the Federal Government, Aerospace and Commercial industries for over 20 years. Antonio co-founded Tucson Embedded Systems, Inc. acting as Chief Engineer, CFO, Business Development and Program Management.
Chris Fox, Senior VP / Chief Operating Officer
Chris is currently the Senior Vice President for Business Development. Prior to working for TES, Chris retired as an Army Lieutenant Colonel from the Army Signal and Acquisition Corps. She is Level 2 certified in Program Management and contracting from the Defense Acquisition University. She has a Master of Science degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Technology.
Kelly de Carlo, Director of Operations
Kelly has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Phoenix. She has been working for TES since 2003. During this time, she performed the duties of a software engineer and later assumed the position of Quality Manager in which she led the company in obtaining its ISO 9001:2008 and AS9100 certifications. In her new role as the Director of Operations, she is responsible for contracting, security, facilities and quality control.
Bethany Shipley, CPA, Director of Finance
Beth has a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. She has a background in public accounting and industry experience with commercial and defense contracting. She currently manages all the financial and accounting activities for TES.
Bill Tanner, Director of Engineering
Bill has a B.S. in Computer Science Engineering from Northern Arizona University and over 20 years of embedded software and embedded software application development experience, 14 of which are in engineering management. Prior to joining TES in 2006, Bill worked for IBM as a software engineer in the disk storage system division, and Project Technology and Mentor Graphics as a system engineer and project manager for UML code generation tools for real-time embedded systems.
Kevin Beshaw, Facility & Security Officer
Kevin has been working for TES for over 5 years performing the duties of Facilities Manager and FSO. Prior to being part of the TES team, he was enlisted in the U.S Air Force for 6 years. He is completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Information System Security.
